Newborn Care Services Include

Establishing Sleep Rhythms

Tracking Baby’s Feeding, Sleeping, Diapering

Night-to-Day Transition (Optional)

A smooth handoff in the morning that includes a baby update and light household reset.

I provide clean, conscious care with eco-education and herbal product options if desired. My approach is always tailored to your preferences, with gentle guidance and never pressure to use anything that doesn’t feel right to you.
